The Online Bible Conversation Club is a SPECIAL online session of the English Conversation Club – Bible Topics.
There is NO COST. The approach is conversational and discussion oriented with the topics from the Bible starting with the first book of the Bible. Each session begins with conversational questions to get to know one another and then moves to a story from the Bible. Focus is on new vocabulary, identifying themes and characters, giving opinions and paraphrasing – all higher level language skills. Groups are lead by Americans who talk with students individually and facilitate group conversation.
Meetings will be on Zoom to fit around students’ schedules.
These sessions are for OSU international students, visiting scholars, alumni, and their spouses who have at least an intermediate level of proficiency in English. These sessions level will be high intermediate.
