Enjoy the natural beauty of Old Man’s Cave, Conkel’s Hollow, and Rock House!
Join IFI on a day-trip to the beautiful Hocking Hills park: Located about 1.5 hours south-east of OSU’s campus. At 8:15 you will arrive at one of the pick up locations below and be matched with an IFI driver. Together, you will spend the day hiking, talking and enjoying each other's company. Then you can return whenever your group decides.
Schedule
8:15 am–9:00 am: Pickup and depart Columbus (Please arrive no later than 8:30 to meet your IFI Driver)
10:30 am–11:30 am: Arrive and hike at Hocking Hills - Hike 1
12:30 pm: Eat LUNCH (Bring a packed lunch and drink for yourself)
1:30–3:30 pm: Hike 2
3:30–4:30 pm: Hike 3
5:00: Leave Hocking Hills region, drive back to Columbus (Plan to leave well before dark; optional- stop for dinner)
6:30–7:30 pm: Arrive in Columbus (return home no later than 7:30pm)

IFI volunteers are providing free rides to Hocking Hills State Park and hosting students for the day. Drivers will be assigned on a first come first serve basis. Please plan to arrive no later than 8:30am.

Things to remember:
Bring a bag lunch and drinking water.
Wear comfortable shoes for walking, and dress in layers, because it might be cold in the morning and warmer in the afternoon.
Bring an umbrella/raincoat we will be going even if it rains in the morning.
Bring your camera/phone to capture these fun moments!
Bring money for dinner if your group decides to stop on the way home.
